If you have read many of my blog posts, you may have noticed that I am fond of acronyms.
IAI!
I am indeed!
I know, kind of quirky. Thankfully I am a piano teacher. I can be quirky and eccentric. It's partially expected!
In fact, perhaps that is where I acquired my fondness for acronyms. From piano lessons way back in the day.
We're talking 53 years!
If you've taken music lessons, you may have been given the atrocious "Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge", or ,Every Good Boy Does Fine,, for the notes E G B D F on the treble clef staff.
Arggg....
I won't go into it now, but I refuse to teach my students this.
But they often pick it up.
Oh well. As long as they learn to read their notes, right?
I'll talk about this in another blog.
Today I want to talk about my new acronym "POOF" Pass Out On Floor.
Because that is how I feel several times a day, every day lately.
I used to say PTFO to my daughter. We would chuckle. Pass the "F" out.
But I've been feeling guilty for setting a bad example for my daughter and granddaughter. Not good Christian behavior.
Anyway, I told my nurse practitioner about my POOFing feeling today at my check up. She was most concerned. She ordered an EKG.
My daughter has been concerned about my hear too.
I guess I should be too.
But I am glad we are getting to the bottom of this finally. I do hope to regain my strength and energy to keep up with my granddaughter!
Speaking of strength and energy, I have a student near the library where I am currently blogging. Her lesson starts in 7 min.
I'll continue this later! :)
I lied. It is 10:38 p.m. I just got home from choir practice. Exhausted, but content.
Tomorrow I have Baby Gracie duty. I can't wait to see that little munchkin!
But now, excuse me while I POOF!
Goodnight friends.
Talk to you tomorrow.
Love,
Zita
P.S. Here is today's hooping video. Day 305!
