I have completed a 21 day Intermittent Fasting and Water Fasting program that I designed for myself. Out of desperation!
I have been keeping a secret daily blog about my progress.
Today I will share Day 21 with you.
Tomorrow I will go another 21 days, with added pilates.
I feel most accomplished!
