- Workout. Today I went to the gym. With a weather forecast of 99°, I'm thinking air conditioning beats sunstroke!
- Healthy lunch. (Chicken, Brown rice and steamed veggies at Teriyaki King near the gym)
- Head home to clean and catch a nap before my student this evening.
Summer isn't so horrible! (We'll, let's wait and see how I feel tomorrow with101°, teaching and rehearsing in an old church for 10 hours without air conditioning! Yikes!)
But today I am happy.
