I am sore today. But not quite as sore as I had expected. I can still move. I did not injure my back. So I did a wise thing. I left home early enough to make it to the gym. I hopped right on the treadmill. I only did about a half mile and some stretching. But I know it was a wise choice. Because of how I feel.
I feel strong!
It feels good to have more energy again. I'm ok with a little pain, but bone weary- not so much.
I hope my increased vigor lasts. I start teaching classes again for winter term at the music center tiday. Choir practice also reconvened this week. Plus I have Baby Gracie duty tomorrow.
With that in mind, I am going to on 89.9 FM - the All Classical station. Baby Gracie and I sleep soundly with classical music playing softly in the background. We should sleep especially well tonight. It is raining. The sound of rain on the roof has always brought my peace.
